2015 ALL-OHIO SLAM-N-JAM HOOP CHALLENGE
The All-Ohio Summer Basketball Program will hold its Annual All-Ohio Nike Slam-N-Jam Hoop Challenge. The Hoop Challenge is an event in which Ohio's top players (grades 6 through 12) are given a chance to showcase their talent in front of the nation's best basketball publications. There were over 250 players at the last Hoop Challenge. For young players in grades 7-10, this event gets your name in the hand of college coaches at the right time. This shootout will evaluate players for the All-Ohio AAU travel teams which play nationwide. When you look across the country at Ohio kids playing major college basketball, this event was a big part of their exposure.
The All-Ohio Program has direct connections with over 350 Division I college coaches nationwide. Every major college in the country checks in with the All-Ohio Program to see who the players are. Major colleges from the nation's top basketball conferences such as the Big Ten, PAC 12, Big 12, ACC, SEC, Mid-American, Horizon, Atlantic-10, American, and Conference USA will get the scouting report for this event. NCAA Division II and III schools and several NAIA schools will be there.
Some of the nation's top high school publications from around the country will be in attendance. We will also turn in our list of recommendations for the 2016 All-Star Invitational Camps. This event will get your name in all the major scouting reports that college coaches respect. John Stovall from Prep Spotlite Magazine and ESPN-U will be the event’s official scouting service. This event will also receive coverage from Hoop Scoop Magazine and Buckeye Prep Report.
This great event will take place Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at:
Whitehall-Yearling High School
675 S Yearling Road
Whitehall, Ohio 43213

The All Ohio City Series is one of the best fall events in the Midwest and is hands down the best fall event in Ohio. The format of the event is that each of the major areas of Ohio Toledo, Dayton, Cleveland, Akron, Cincinnati and Columbus put together all star teams in grades 6-12 and come to play a round robin tournament in Columbus for state bragging rights. The action gets very hot and heavy as each area wants to be known as the best in Ohio. This
is the events fourth year and it is quickly becoming a staple for evaluating Ohio's best.
This event will receive coverage from John Stovall (Nike Scout, ESPNU & Prep Spotlite Magazine), Chris Johnson (Hoop Scoop), Jerry “J.L.” Watson (Director, All-Ohio Basketball Program), Steve Blackledge (The Columbus Dispatch), T.J. Kelley (Inside Prep Sports), Kurt Stubbs (JJ HUDDLE) and Zach Fleer (Central Ohio HS Hoop Analyst).
